Edmonton Galleries & Museums

Edmonton Art Gallery
The Edmonton Art Gallery boasts an impressive collection of over 5000 works of art and it continues to grow! Our collection includes historical and contemporary paintings, sculptures, installation works and photographs by Canadian and international artists. About 150 works from the collection are displayed in the Collection Galleries on the main floor. The Gallery is located on the corner of 99 Street and 102A Avenue, across from City Hall.

Provincial Museum of Alberta
The Provincial Museum of Alberta is one of Canada's most popular museums. Set in a park just west of downtown, the Museum offers a full range of exhibitions and activities for every age level and interest. Feature exhibitions at the Museum are changing all the time. Behind the scenes, thirteen curatorial programs are responsible for building and making accessible some of the finest human and natural history collections in the country.

The Bearclaw Gallery
The gallery features original paintings by internationally acclaimed Aboriginal artists Daphne Odjig and Norval Morriseau (both of whom are recipients of the Order of Canada), George Littlechild, Dale Auger , Maxine Noel, Jane Ash Poitras and many others. We are also very proud to offer an impressive selection of Inuit sculpture by such master carvers as Judas Ullulaq (Gjoa Haven) and Mathewsie Iyaituk, plus many others.
