Annual Canmore Folk Music Festival 
The Canmore Folk Music Festival is Alberta's longest-running folk music festival. It is held on the first Monday in August on the Heritage Day long weekend.  Canmore, in the Canadian Rockies, is just 5 minutes from the East Gate of Banff National Park; one hour west of Calgary. The festival site is Centennial Park; 2 blocks off Main Street in downtown Canmore.
Boundary Ranch 
Located in the midst of the beautiful Kananaskis Valley, Boundary Ranch provides the perfect venue to stage group activities for either a full day, half day or evening programs. Boundary Ranch offers a range of guided horseback and outfitting trips; barbeques, rodeos, horse drawn sleigh rides and a whole lot more.
